Department at AMG Industries, Inc. plays an important role in making
sure that customer needs are met.
Our Production Control Department serves a dual role: They schedule
product through various operations and maintain the line of communication
with our customers. As a result, our customers are able to get the
most accurate information available. Production control effectively
communicates customers' needs to our manufacturing group and provides
accurate status reports upon request.
New programs are handled through our Sales and Engineering Departments.
They work with our customer counterparts to ensure the integrity of
the product's design.
The Advanced Product Quality Planning Team at AMG Industries, Inc.
is another key to the successful launch of new programs. The Team
is made up of representatives from each department within the company,
and this wealth of knowledge and experience is applied to satisfy
the needs of our customers.
AMG Industries, Inc. utilizes a number of tools to support the needs
of our customers: EDI, bar code labeling, returnable dunnage and just-in-time
deliveries. We understand the need for flexibility to adapt to ever-changing
