Stamping, Fabrication, and Laser Cutting Under One Roof

We stamp, cut, bend, weld, form, wash, and assemble on the same 75,000 sq ft floor. Twenty stamping presses cover 18 to 300 tons on ferrous and non-ferrous sheet metal from .010" to .250" thick, with tolerances held to ±0.001". Two Mitsubishi fiber laser cells cut carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum blanks at ±0.005". A 400-ton Baykal press brake handles the bending work on rails, splice plates, and ground-mount structural components. Welded sub-assemblies move from press to fab to assembly without leaving the building.

Domestic Manufacturing for IRA Documentation

Components are stamped and fabricated entirely in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Solar developers documenting domestic content for IRA bonus credit qualification receive material certs and production records tracing parts to our facility. We supply the stamping- and fabrication-side paperwork. Final qualification depends on the developer's full supply chain.
